We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

We deliver across Zambia. To make delivery clearer we use delivery zones and service types. Choose the option that suits you during checkout.
Fees depend on the number of items (quantity tiers), the chosen service, and the delivery zone. Example business rules we apply (shown in checkout):

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached for a full refund.
